Humoq is committed to protecting the privacy of all visitors to our site and applications, including users over the age of 13 ("General Users") and users under the age of 13 ("Child Users").
This privacy policy ("Privacy Policy" or "Policy") is designed to provide transparency to Humoq's privacy practices and policies for the information we collect from General Users through our Humoq.com web platform, mobile apps, Humoq Publishing services and oth-er. information we may collect from Child Users through general audience sites and apps ("Humoq Public Site"), as well as through our separate Kids.Humoq.com site ("Humoq Kids Site").
The Humoq General Site and the Humoq Kids Site (together the "Humoq Site") are and are owned by Humoq BV (referred to in this Policy as "Humoq", "we", "our" or "we"). BV (“Humoq”) is a corporation established under Norwegian law.
By using the Humoq Public Site, you agree to abide by and be bound by this Privacy Pol-icy and consent to the processing, collection, use and disclosure of your information and data in accordance with the terms of this Privacy Policy. If you do not accept this Privacy Policy, please do not use the Humoq Site. If you are a parent or legal guardian, by allow-ing your child(s) to use the Humoq Kids Site, you agree to the terms of this Privacy Poli-cy on behalf of your child.

1. General information
All features on the Humoq Site can be used by Users without the need for registration. No personal data (such as e-mail addresses and phone numbers) is requested from users. Humoq may collect certain electronic data (such as the User's IP address, cookies or de-vice ID).
When a User clicks to exit the Humoq Kids Site, Humoq may attempt to notify the User that they are leaving the Humoq Kids Site and that this Privacy Policy will no longer ap-ply. When a User provides personal data on any third party website or application, the processing of such personal data will be subject to any privacy notice applicable to that site/app. In any event, Humoq will not act as a Data Controller or Processor of such per-sonal data.
2. Data collection and purposes
Our servers automatically recognize visitors' domain names and IP addresses (the number assigned to computers on the Internet). The Humoq Site may collect anonymous "traffic data" that does not personally identify you, but this data may be helpful for marketing purposes or to improve the services we offer.
When your computer or mobile device communicates with our web servers (for example, when you visit the Humoq Site), our web servers automatically collect usage information. Such usage information includes information about how our visitors use and navigate the Humoq Site. Humoq may store users' data for the following purposes:

To increase the safety and security of the Humoq Site; or

We will retain your information for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes for which this data was collected.
4. Third-party games
This Privacy Policy does not apply to the processing of personal data by data controllers other than Humoq, such as third-party game providers on the Humoq Site. The respective provider of such a third-party game is responsible for ensuring that their processing of personal data in the context of a game complies with applicable data protection laws.
In general, Humoq does not allow third party content providers to collect personal data about Users. However, if any personal data is to be collected by a third-party content pro-vider, Humoq will contractually require that their processing of personal data in the con-text of a game complies with applicable data protection laws.

Like many websites and applications, this Humoq Site makes use of "cookies" that are saved on the user's computer. In addition, third-party networks (“Advertisers”) serving advertisements on the Humoq Site may use cookies. Cookies are a way to remember who you are. Humoq may share your persistent identifiers with third parties, such as business partners, if:
Security: We may publish information about our Users, including IP address, when re-quired to do so by law, at the request of authorities conducting an investigation, or to ver-ify or enforce compliance with policies and applicable laws governing the Humoq Site. We may also disclose such user information when we believe disclosure is necessary to protect the rights, property or safety of Humoq or our related business partners, our cus-tomers or others.

9. Child Users
We recognize the importance of protecting children's privacy and encourage parents to regularly check and monitor their child's use of online activities. That's why we've created a separate age-appropriate experience for Child Users through the Humoq Kids Site or through an age gate in certain games on the Humoq Public Site: you may be presented an age to comply with the law. screen when starting the game. Based on your age information and device settings, Humoq does not process personal data of children below the minimum age limit (Child Users) stipulated by the legislation in individual jurisdictions for behav-ioral advertising.
Child Users' age-restricted gaming experience on the Humoq Public Site and the Humoq Kids Site supports and complies with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (“COPPA”). The door on the Humoq General Site and the Humoq Kids site will not re-quest any personal information from Child Users. Any advertisements displayed on the Humoq Kids Site and Humoq Kids Site or any registration in Child Users' experiences are not required. Age-restricted games on the Humoq Public Site are age-appropriate. The Humoq Kids Site and Child Users' age-restricted gaming experience on the Humoq Public Site will not display behaviorally targeted ads or allow third parties to use them. The Humoq Kids Site and Child Users' age-restricted gaming experience on the Humoq Public Site may collect and use IP addresses and other persistent identifiers, including cookies, from Child Users, but only to support our internal operations, to assist us:

We have divided our platform into several sections. Humoq Kids was created for our youngest target audience and is fully COPPA compliant. If you are a Child User, you should only use the Humoq Kids Site with the permission of a parent or legal guardian. At Humoq.com you will find games for users over the age of 13. Humoq.com is not di-rected to children under the age of 13 and will not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13.

10. Legal Basis for Processing Personal Data

11. Individual Rights
Humoq gives you certain options when it comes to your personal data. Please review the information below that summarizes your choices and how to apply them. We will respond to all requests within a reasonable time. If our full response takes more than a month due to complexity or scope, we will inform you about it and keep you updated. Before ful-filling any request, we may request more information to verify your identity.
Review and update your data: You have the right to access and update all personal data we collect. To review or update this data, please submit a request using the contact de-tails at the end of this section.
Delete your data: You also have the right to have your personal data deleted. This is sometimes known as the 'right to be forgotten'. To request that we delete all personal data about you, please submit a request using the contact details at the end of this section.
After deleting your personal data from our services, we cannot immediately delete any remaining copies from our active servers and may not immediately remove data from our backup systems for archiving, fraud and abuse prevention, analytics, compliance with le-gal obligations or from our backup systems. otherwise we reasonably believe we have a legitimate reason to do so. We may also refuse to comply with this request in certain spe-cial circumstances, such as when the data is necessary to comply with a legal obligation or to exercise/defend a legal claim.
